Exceptions to Fixed Lifecycle Policy for 2019 Releases

The products below will be following a Lifecycle policy of 7 years (5 years of Mainstream Support followed by 2 years of Extended Support), as an exception to the Fixed Lifecycle Policy providing 10 years of support for customers (5 years Mainstream followed by 5 years Extended).

The 7-year terms align with the end of support periods for Office 2016 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM 2016). Dynamics customers are encouraged to migrate to the latest cloud-based versions of these products. Go here for lifecycle dates for the following products:
