FIX: A 32-bit CPI-C application running on 64-bit operating system does not return server list during resource location

Symptoms

When a 32-bit CPI-C application runs on a 64-bit operating system (OS), you notice that the resource location does not return server list. Additionally, the application may fail when you use the Open LU6.2 request, and you receive the following error message:

An Error message ERR2:0004 is thrown

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
