Symptoms

Beginning with Windows 10 version 1809, the WscGetSecurityProviderHealth API may incorrectly report security status.

For example, consider a scenario in which WscGetSecurityProviderHealth reports a security status of WSC_SECURITY_PROVIDER_HEALTH_POOR on Windows 10 version 1803 and earlier versions. On Windows 10 version 1809, the WscGetSecurityProviderHealth API may incorrectly report a status of WSC_SECURITY_PROVIDER_HEALTH_GOOD in the same scenario.
