Morocco

The Kingdom of Morocco now remains permanently set to UTC+01:00 instead of following an earlier plan to return to UTC+00:00 on October 28, 2018.

Volgograd

Volgograd Oblast, Russia, permanently switched from UTC+03:00 to UTC+04:00 on October 28, 2018. Customers can now switch to the new time zone for Volgograd, which is displayed as (UTC+04:00) Volgograd.

Additional time zone changes
