FIX: Event view error occurs if separate users and groups are used for different roles after you upgrade BizTalk Server with Feature Pack along with CU 5 (or any previous CU)

Symptoms

You upgrade Microsoft BizTalk Server 2016 with Feature Pack 1 (FP1), FP2 or initial FP3 release with Cumulative Update 5 (CU5) (or any previous CU). If you are using separate users and groups for different SQL server roles (i.e. if you are using a Windows user who is only member of "BizTalk Application User" group as your BizTalk service logon), you might get the below error message in your event viewer after the BizTalk service starts running. Additionally, your analytics feature will fail and no data is transmitted to Application Insights or Event Hub.
Reading error.  Exception information:  TDDS failed to read from source database.  SQLServer: ServerName, Database: DatabaseName.The SELECT permission was denied on the object 'TrackingData_2_3', database 'DatabaseName', schema 'dbo'..
