This update improves the Windows 10, version 1803 out-of-box experience (OOBE). This update applies only to the Windows 10, version 1803 OOBE process. It will be available only when OOBE updates are installed.
Windows OOBE
This update is installed during the Windows 10 OOBE process if an Internet connection is available during the OOBE process.
There are no prerequisites for installing this update.
You have to restart the computer after you apply this update.
This update doesn't replace a previously released update.

The dates and the times for these files on your local computer are displayed in your local time together with your current daylight saving time (DST) bias.
