Symptoms

When the user tries to edit a meeting, the Skype Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office displays the following error message:

Cause

Editing of these meetings is not supported. The update URL that is used to reach the scheduling service is different for users who have a VTC interop license than for users who do not have a license. If a license is removed, the update URL that is associated with a previously scheduled meeting is no longer valid, and the user will not be able to edit the meeting.

Workaround

You can use Outlook Web Access (OWA) to modify the existing meeting, or delete the meeting and create a new meeting from Outlook.
