Consider the following scenario:
- You send an email message from the Microsoft Outlook for iOS or Microsoft Outlook for Android mobile client.
- The message contains characters that have diacritical marks (for example, ü and ä).
- A recipient reads the message on the native iOS Mail.app email client.
In this scenario, the message text is rendered incorrectly and seems to contain unexpected double-byte characters (for example, 甆甌甍).
