Assume that you migrate mailboxes from Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 to Exchange Server 2016. You could receive a warning in System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), which indicates that the HealthManagerWorkItemQuarantineMonitor goes to an unhealthy state.
