Can't transfer a team call to a team member by clicking Transfer in Skype for Business

Symptoms

Assume that you're in a team call group in Microsoft Skype for Business 2016 or Skype for Business 2015 (Lync 2013). You receive a team call, and you answer the call. When you try to transfer the call to a team member by clicking the Transfer button, the call can't be transferred.

Resolution

To fix this issue, install one of the following updates:

Note Lync 2013 was upgraded to Skype for Business in April 2015.
