After you install Cumulative Update 5 (CU5) for BizTalk Server 2016 (KB 4132957), you may notice that the SAP .NET Connect (NCo) receive adapter functionality is broken.
To resolve this problem, download and install the following update on top of CU5 for Biztalk Server 2016 to restore SAP . nNCo receive adapter functionality.
Download Microsoft BizTalk Server 2016 CU5 Hotfix.
Note This update conflicts with BAPI transactions in SAP using BizTalk Server don't work. That problem is fixed in CU5 for BizTalk Server 2016.
We are investigating a more permanent fix that will resolve both problems together.
