Azure Stack Hotfix 1.0.180424.12

This update for Azure Stack version 1803 includes quality improvements. No new features are being introduced in this update. Important changes include the following:

• More optimized use of temporary disk space.

• Changes to telemetry settings. These now take effect immediately.

• Improved reliability for deploying Basic A2, Basic A3, Basic A4, Standard F1s, Standard F2s, and Standard F64s_v2 virtual machine sizes.

• Improved reliability of virtual machine deployments on Azure Stack stamps that have more than nine nodes.
