Unnecessary field order dependency in XML required by BizTalk Server SAP adapter to generate IDOC correctly

Symptoms

Assume that you send an IDOC from BizTalk Server to SAP by using the BizTalk Server SAP Adapter. If the input XML message has data fields in a different order than what is defined in the IDOC definition in SAP, the IDOC that is generated by BizTalk Server cannot be consumed by SAP correctly.
