July 2018 servicing release for Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack

This article describes the contents of the July 2018 servicing release for Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP). This servicing release contains the latest fixes for the Microsoft BitLocker Administration and Monitoring (MBAM) 2.5 RTM SP1 Client.

• Addresses an issue in which the MBAM agent fails to encrypt volumes in 32-bit versions of Windows.
• Addresses an issue when the MBAM agent is escrowing recovery keys for removable volumes.
• Addresses an issue with the MBAM 2.5 SP1 Help Desk reports while using the latest SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Adds support for MBAM Server that has latest SQL Server 2017.
