Symptoms

The GST journal number used by an existing tax journal is used in a new journal and results in the following error message:
"The record already exists."
This is because the used number is shown in the number sequence status list. This causes it to be used again.

Resolution

The changes in the hotfix explicitly take the number sequence when you create a new tax journal.
