Symptoms

Tax Document is saved in DB for all transactions now, which will consume DB a lot.

Resolution

We will limit the save of tax document.  With the fix, we will only save tax document for transactions with accounting.  For example PO invoice, SO invoice, GL.  Tax document for Product receipt, packing slip journal will not be saved.
