Resolution

This hotfix resolves the reported issue by the following:

 

- Added new filters to the load planning workbench form: Site, Warehouse, Ship date, Receipt Date

- The Ship date will be set on form opening to today's date

- All the new filters will apply to both the upper and the lower grid

- The Site and Warehouse filters can be saved in SysLastValue by pressing the Set as default button

- If the Supply and Demand filter is set, then the new filtering fields are blank and disabled

- If opened in an order context, the filters will always be blank
