Symptoms

P-Jobs are not transferring all transactions to HQ. It skips certain range of transactions.

Resolution

The reason is because AX side upload failed to create, so add AXUploadSessionId to the channel side UploadSession table to recover incomplete the upload session; if AX side create upload session fails, next time try to recover it. Please note the fix includes both Application update and Binary update, please apply both KB
