Symptoms

They have created a new role for employees where there is a new duty so that they have got read permissions for ESS. When user with this new role opens Employee Self Service workspace, the borders of the Expenses content box and the New report button are still visible. The whole box should not be available as the rest of boxes (Timesheets, Courses,...).

Resolution

New report button on the ESS will now be hidden for privileges/duties that have just the read only access to the menu item behind the button.
