Symptoms

The report "Accounts Receivable > Inquiries and Reports > Invoices > Invoice Turnover Report" outputs different amounts of data records when filtering by country. If the report is filtered by country, only a fraction of the customer's sales is output. The report filter only includes orders that have an address data record valid at the time of the call. This is most likely due to the address data records (LogisticsPostalAddress). When an address data record is changed, a new line is always created there and the original line is given the date of the change as the expiry date.

Resolution

The changes in hotfix will ensures that Invoice Turnover Report, display the relevant data When related an address data record is changed.
