Symptoms

Customer open the net requirement form from production order and has the following error.
"Unsupported datasource used for PositionToRecord or PositionToRecordByValue. Unable to execute fallback logic to find record."
This happens only for some items. And it only happen when there are a larger number of records for the item in Net requirements table.

Resolution

The changes in the hotfix use lookupRecord() and research(false) to replace positionToRecord() and make sure that the error message is not displayed anymore.
