Splitter bar in a tabbed conversation window doesn't show when DPI setting is larger than 100 percent in Skype for Business

Symptoms

In Microsoft Skype for Business 2016 or Skype for Business 2015 (Lync 2013), when the monitor display setting DPI (Display and layout) is set to larger than 100 percent, the splitter bar in a tabbed conversation window disappears.

Resolution

To fix this issue, install one of the following updates:

Note Lync 2013 was upgraded to Skype for Business in April 2015.
