FIX: BAMAlertsApplication log grows very fast in BizTalk Server

Symptoms

Assume that you have Microsoft BizTalk Server installed together with Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) activities and BAM alerting, and you have the database BAMAlertApplication configured in FULL recovery mode. In this scenario, you may notice that the log of BAMAlertsDB grows very quickly.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in the following updates for BizTalk Server:

Cumulative Update 5 for BizTalk Server 2016

Cumulative Update 8 for Microsoft BizTalk Server 2013 R2
