Symptoms

When user open review template form and no review template records exists then click new system throws error message Object reference not set to an instance of an object. They will not be able to run their performance process in D365FO

Resolution

  • Added a null check on lastActivePage before trying to check if it is visible. This issue only happens when no templates have been created.
