Resolution

The changes in the hotfix include a possibility to initiate a direct debit based on Swiss ISO20022 direct debit guidelines.

To resolve this issue, you need to download the hotfix KB4086194 and import the following or a higher version of the ER configurations from LCS shared asset library:

  • ISO20022 Direct debit (CH).version.12.7.4

Prerequisites

You must have the following product installed to apply this hotfix:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Enterprise edition

To update your system, the package with the following KB number should be downloaded from http://lcs.dynamics.com/ and installed: 

4086194

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
