Performance Improvements
The following list details issues whose resolutions improve the speed or functionality of Dynamics.
- Interactive Service Hub app fails to load in the Internet Explorer browser.
- The Opportunity Tile is blank and still present in mobile clients after removing permissions for a user.
- Scroll bars do not appear on reports with large amounts of filter criteria
- The Description field on the Opportunity Close dialog is truncated if it exceeds 200 characters.
- Two bars in the dashboard charts may be displayed as the same color.
- Page freezes when editing font in an email in Google Chrome.

Unexpected Behavior
The following list details issues whose resolutions correct actions performed in Dynamics that do not work as intended.
- Global search is not working when having the "&" character in the display name.
- Tracking a new email creates a contact with incorrect name.
- After performing a search on Dynamics 365 for Phones, the drop down list is unexpectedly displayed.
- Unable to perform 'Add to Queue' operation for activities more than once.
- Product arrangement changes when converting a Quote to an Order.
- When selecting a record in a view from a dashboard, the focus causes the view to scroll sideways.
- Completed instances of a Recurring Appointment are being changed to Open during an Outlook Client sync.
- Date only fields becomes Date&Time when sending email using a synchronous workflow.
