Unexpected Behavior
The following list details issues whose resolutions correct actions performed in Dynamics that do not work as intended.
- Entity mappings are improperly recreated to default values on upgrading organization to later versions
- An earlier opened document will open when a different document is accessed under certain conditions when using the SharePoint integration
- Sequence numbers duplicate under certain conditions for Opportunity, Quote, Sales Order and Invoice Details
- When adding a record for an entity under certain conditions, a lookup occurs instead of a quick create form in Dynamics 365 for Phones
