A Skype meeting is not found when you try to join a meeting in some scenarios.
To fix this issue with Skype for Business 2016, install the January 2, 2018, update (KB4011623).
To fix this issue with Skype for Business 2015 (Lync 2013), install the January 2, 2018, update (KB4011638).
Note Lync 2013 was upgraded to Skype for Business in April 2015.
