Symptoms

You cannot resubmit a Project Purchase order through Workflow. When you change the Warehouse on the Purchase order, you receive the following error message:

XX cannot be reserved because only 0.00 are available in the inventory.

Resolution

The changes in the hotfix allow you to continue with submitting the same Purchase order after changing the Site and Warehouse for Product that doesn’t have Inventory On Hand.
