Symptoms

Assume that when a foreign customer payment is settled and the invoice has two installments (20%+80% 30 days) and a discount is applied to the first installment, then you have an exchange rate loss, the general ledger transactions for this exchange rate loss are incorrect. If the discount is applied to the second installment (80%), you may have the expected results. Regardless which installment has the discount, the general transactions must be the same.

Resolution

The changes in the hotfix add a conditional check for the current discount, and if this discount exists, it will be used when you calculate the proper exchange rate gain or loss.
