ISSUE DESCRIPTION

We are facing an issue with MPOS in the following areas –

1. Voiding Transactions.

2. Purchase quotation from MPOS.

3. Normal sales transactions from MPOS

We are getting an error “A database error has occurred.” 

Error message:

"A database error has occurred."

Repro steps:

Voiding transactions -

1. Cashier scans product in MPOS.

2. Cashier clicks on "Void transaction" button.

On performing these operations, we receive an error - "A database error has occurred."

Purchase quotation from MPOS :

1. Cashier scans the product.

2. Cashier adds customer in the transaction from MPOS.

3. Cashier clicks on "Create quotation" button.

4. Cashier clicks on "Pick all products" button, in the delivery tab, "Delivery method' is updated.

5. Cashier clicks on "Tender type : Cash" (or any tender type). On performing this operation, we get the aforementioned error again.

Normal sales transactions from MPOS :

1. Cashier scans the product.

2. Cashier clicks on "Tender type : Cash" (or any tender type). On performing this operation, we get the aforementioned error again.
