Symptoms

Package deployment failed in DVT script steps due to AOS Service stopped in IIS App pool, this is caused by the retail self service upgrade package trying to update the Microsoft.Dynamics.AX.Deployment.Setup.exe.config file under AOS website folder.

Resolution

This hot fix will update the retail self service upgrade script not to use the files under AOS website, and will address this issue.
