In cases where work gets stuck on the user location, the customers currently do not a good way to move the inventory back to a regular picking location from the User location, as moving goods in/out of User locations is not allowed for users.
However it still happens that work gets stuck quite often, so they need a way to allow certain workers to be able to move such inventory
Add a configuration flag on the Worker, that allows him/her to move inventory out of the User location
The configuration option is not visible by default, and can only be added through personalization/extension to the form by an Administrator.
