Symptoms

Frequent calls for a certificates in KeyVault Azure storage lead to performance degradation.

The Server is unresponsive after processing a huge quantity of transactions and a “Time out” error is shown to the D365 users and the customer has to restart the IIS service.

Resolution

The fix added support for certificate caching when working with KeyVault Azure storage which addresses the issue.
