FIX: MQSC Adapter doesn't handle multi-instance queue manager names

Symptoms

You configure the BizTalk MQSC Adapter Queue Manager settings. When you enter two or more queue manager names, only the first name is used. Any additional name is ignored.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in Cumulative Update 2 for Host Integration Server 2016.
