Symptoms

"Transaction is financially closed and may not be split. You may not split more than what is financially open.  Update has been canceled" error during the receiving process through WMDP. (duplicate bug: 3839021)

Resolution

The fix makes sure AX pick correct transaction to do purchase receipt work.
