Issues that are fixed in this hotfix

The following bug is fixed by this hotfix:

  • In rare circumstances, linking of C/C++ binaries with Profile Guided Optimization (PGO) enabled may fail with fatal error C1001. This hotfix fixes a bug that can cause such failure in PGO .

Note If the issue isn't resolved after you install this hotfix, then it's a different issue. In that case, you can submit a new request.
