In Windows 10, desktop icons might be moved to a random, different position than where you originally placed them if you move other icons near them, or when you reboot your device.
This is a known issue in Windows 10. Microsoft is investigating and will update this article when we have more information.
You can move the icons back to their previous location on the desktop, but this issue might occur again.
