Symptoms

In Windows Server 2016, when you open MSInfo32 and view the display memory address, you notice that the address range is incorrect.

Cause

This issue occurs because certain Peripheral Component Interconnect Express (PCIe) implementations may have a PCIe Bridge installed, and there may be multiple devices attached to the bridge. MSInfo32 displays the memory range for all bridge devices, not for only the display adapter.

Workaround

To work around this issue, use another tool to view the display memory address range. For example, use Device Manager.
