Symptoms

Private addresses and Phone number are exposed in Primary address field in Address book Lookup (DirPartyLookup)

Resolution

The fix for this bug was to use delayed join and create new data sources to use logistics policies to correctly filter phone and email on DirPartyLookup form. The same way the Postal Address work on this form.
