FIX: MQSC Adapter Receive Location fails when the character set is configured for UTF-8

Symptoms

An invalid access memory exception may occur in an instance of a BizTalk Server Receive Location Host. This issue occurs when a message that is being read from the MQ queue is configured for a message format of <null>, and the character set configuration for the MQSC Adapter is set to UTF-8.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in Cumulative Update 2 for Host Integration Server 2016.
