Symptoms

When the cashier is able to locate the customer using "Search all stores", but when selecting this customer they receive an error and thus unable to check the customer out using their customer account.

Resolution

Fixed request and response calls in Runtime to retrieve the customer details from AX via RTS when the search location can be Remote. Also fixed the parameters being passed to the method in RetailTransactionService class on AX side.

This includes the binary fix. The x++ side fix is available in bug 3840155
