Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.1 Language Pack (Offline Installer) for Windows

This article describes the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.1 language pack. You must have the English version of the .NET Framework 4.7.1 installed on your computer before you install the language pack. You can download and install the .NET Framework 4.7.1 from the following link:

The .NET Framework 4.7.1 language pack contains translated error messages and other UI text for languages other than English. If you don't install a language pack, this text is displayed in English. You can install multiple language packs on one computer, each for a different language.

This version of the .NET Framework language pack installs side-by-side with the .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 language pack and earlier versions. However, it performs an in-place update for the Microsoft .NET Framework 4, 4.5, 4.5.1, 4.5.2, 4.6, 4.6.1, 4.6.2, and 4.7 language packs.

You may have to restart the computer after you install this update. We recommend that you exit all applications that are using the .NET Framework before you install this update.
