Symptoms

Post and Transfer feature doesn’t work in all journals.

A simplified repro for the issue is:

 

1- Create GL entry with two lines.
First line with amount
Second line without any amount.
 
2- Go to Journal header the select Post and transfer
 
3- The journal not posted, and the system locks it.
 

Actual result
Balanced voucher is not posted
Journal is locked

Expected result
Balanced voucher should be posted
Voucher without amounts should be moved to a new journal number

Resolution

With the code changes in this hotfix, Post and Transfer feature works correctly.
