The VM has a DVD drive that's configured in a location next to the hard disk drives on the SCSI controller. Generally, this is "location 2."

You configure the VDI environment to use a User Profile Disk (UPD).

You log on to the desktop.
In this scenario, the profile disk does not attach to the VM. Therefore, a temporary user profile is incorrectly used. Also, the following event is logged in the event log:
