Symptoms

For the April cadence release, if only the binary hotfix is applied (KB 4021004) and not the application hotfix (KB 4021045), MPOS will fail when creating a new customer.

Resolution

If HQ detects parameter limit exceed, it will throw MethodNotFoundException instead of generic exception.

 

MethodNotFoundException is recognized by Retail Server / CRT and they can fallback the call to HQ by using old method.
