MSaaS SDK for JavaScript

MSEG JavaScript SDK is a shared JavaScript library that provides the complete set of support experiences( Chat, Callback, Virtual Agent, Survey, etc ...) for our customers.

Before using the SDK, please reach out MSaaS SDK Onboard to whitelist your PartnerId and AppId(s) and domain(s).

In your email, please include : 

• Your proposed PartnerId which identifies your team. E.g. "Office", "WindowsStore", "DevCenter", etc ... 
• Your proposed AppId(s) which identifies your site/application. E.g. "support-portal", "my-portal", etc ... 
• Domain(s) for your sites and/or applications. E.g. "support.microsoft.com", "dev.support.services.microsoft.com", etc ...

In order to use the SDK, jQuery (version 1.11 or newer) and Jsll (version 3.6.0 or newer) must be available on the page.

If jQuery or Jsll is not loaded before the SDK, the SDK will not load.
