How do I check a payment status in the Channel Incentives Platform (CHIP) tool?

Open CHIP and login using your Microsoft Account (previously Live ID).

Select Program Name – LSP Incentives (This applies if you are participating in more than one program).

Choose the period when the funds were earned (e.g. MAR 2019).

The Payment Summary section will be displayed. It contains the following options: Currency, Incentive Earned, Status, Method, Payment Reference, Date Paid, Bill to Number, Transaction Payment ID and Comments.
