Who should I contact for support for the different stages of the Managed Reseller claim submission process?

Below you will find contact details for the claim submission support teams:

  • Claim Pre-approval: The Microsoft Commercial Coop Pre-Approval (COMMPRE) team at commpre@microsoft.com can help you resolve any inquiries you may have before the submission of a claim, in order to avoid any rejections when submitting a claim on the Channel Incentives Platform (CHIP).

  • Market Development Plan/Claim Approval: Your Partner Dev Manager (PDM) is responsible for reviewing and approving all Market Development (MD) Plans. Once your PDM has approved your MD Plan, the Microsoft Commercial Coop Proof of Execution Team (COMMPOE) will review and approve your claim submission. Please allow 3 working days for a claim to be reviewed by the COMMPOE team.
