Symptoms

Message “Cannot insert multiple records in Retail category containment lookup (RetailCategoryContainmentLookup). Category: 0, 0. The record already exists.” is displayed while closing form category hierarchy after insert node

Resolution

Change  "join" to "exists join" that if there are records in the table "hierarchyRole", the record will be inserted into the table "containmentLookup" for only once instead of several times.
